A blue lightweight coral found growing on the floating islands above Eorzea.
This blue variety of cloud coral is harvested in great numbers by the Vanu tribes of Abalathia and ground into a fine blue powder. The powder is mixed with spring water and spores of the morrowmote to create a thick paste which is generously applied to the beaks of shamans before rituals.

The merchants of the Crozier hear tell that blue cloud coral─prized for the beautiful hue reminiscent of the Temple Knights' standard─has become a most highly sought-after luxury item of the nobles of Ishgard, who buy up the material to decorate their personal water gardens and aquariums. If the Crozier merchants are profiting that much from the fad, then I do not see why we could not divert some of that coin to a more noble cause.
