This betta's shocking purple glow is caused by an abundance of electrope in the environment.
[Suitable for printing on small canvases.]
This elegant wavekin is wreathed in an eerie purple glow. Naturalists have observed the species ingesting small waterborne fragments of electrope, and speculate that the resultant buildup of electrical charge is responsible for the luminance.
