A bivalve mollusk whose pitch-black shell hides a dazzling interior.

The jet black shell of this bivalve mollusk can grow up to a fulm in length, giving it the appearance of a crow spreading its wings under the waves. The inside of the shell, however, is a dazzling pearly white.
