This coelacanth took to the spectral currents out of dissatisfaction with the evolutionary hand it was dealt─including, perhaps, its distinct lack of hands.

[Suitable for printing on large canvases.]
Its species having survived for a number of Astral Eras with strikingly few evolutionary gains, this particular coelacanth apparently decided it was high time for a change. After many a moon spent swimming the spectral currents, it has achieved partially crystalline scales and a glorious blue glow.
